Fundraiser Created For Batavia Mom Critically Injured In Bike Crash
The GoFundMe describes Emily White as a "mother to 5 wonderful children, a loving wife, and a dear friend to many."

BATAVIA, IL — A fundraiser has been created to raise money for a Batavia mother who was hospitalized after she was hit by a minivan while biking across Route 31 Tuesday.
A group of White's friends created the GoFundMe as a way to raise funds for the family while she is in the hospital, according to its description.
White was about to exit Les Arends Forest Preserve to cross Batavia Avenue toward Millview Drive when she was struck by a minivan driving north on Batavia Avenue, Patch reported. The bicyclist was airlifted in critical condition to a hospital in Downers Grove.
