Hanson has pleaded guilty to producing and disseminating child sexual abuse material after secretly recording patients at Hanson Family Chiropractic on West Wilson Street. Authorities say at least 180 mostly female patients, including children, were filmed while undressing, and Hanson remains jailed in Kane County as he awaits a November sentencing date.
