Sen. Oberweis and Sen. Rezin team with YMCA to host Kids Day April 30

PLANO – State Sen. Jim Oberweis (R-Sugar Grove) and State Sen. Sue Rezin (R-Peru) are teaming with the Fox Valley Family YMCA for the 25th Anniversary of Healthy Kids Day, April 30.

Families are invited to the free event, scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., April 30, at the Fox Valley Family YMCA, 3875 Eldamain Road in Plano.

A special landing demonstration of a Superior Med One helicopter will be featured. Other activities include: free swimming lessons, sports activities, entertainment, inflatable obstacle course, raffles, goodie bags, and face painting

Free legislative informational brochures will be available and free snacks will be provided.
