Spring, and Underage Drinking Is in the Air in Batavia
Three incidents are reported between May 20 and May 30.

Police blotter items are sketchy, but there are three cases of underage drinking reported between May 20 and May 30, 2013, in addition to that report of the air-rifle-and-cannabis incident.
19-Year-Old Arrested—Batavia police arrested Terrance McKinney, 19, of Montgomery on charges of illegal consumption of alcohol. He has a court date of June 18.
Incomplete Report—Police stopped minors around 10:06 p.m. May 28 at the bike path under the Route 25 bridge.
Three Juveniles Stopped—Three juveniles were “involved” in consumption of alcohol by minors in the 700 block of Morton Street. The reports was filed at 11:27 p.m. May 26.
