1 Killed, 4 Injured During Rap Video Shooting on South Side
Several shots rang out overnight when a group was filming a rap video at Foster Park in Auburn Gresham.

CHICAGO, IL - One person is dead and four others injured after shots were fired during the filming of a rap video at a park in Auburn Gresham early Tuesday morning.
Damond Dawson, 23, was shot in the back of the head and killed at Foster Park around 2:20 a.m., according to NBC Chicago. Dawson, an aspiring rapper, was part of the group but not taking part in the video.
The other victims - including Dawson’s brother - were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn for treatment. A 19-year-old woman and three men were also shot.
In total, more than nine shots were fired.
The shooter or shooters fled the scene. The shooting occurred while the camera was rolling.
