19th Ward, Brother Rice Host Community Blood Drive
Reserve a spot to donate blood Oct. 19 at Brother Rice High School, for a community blood drive organized by the 19th Ward.
CHICAGO — Appointments are being taken now for the 19th Ward Youth And Community Foundation Blood Drive, Oct. 19. The community blood drive has slots open from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Brother Rice High School, 10001 S. Pulaski Road, in the north gum.
Blood donations save lives, and the region is experiencing an urgent need for all blood types in the Chicago area. Appointments are required for social distancing and can be made at the Community Blood Center and use the sponsor code CS01 to locate this blood drive or call 1-800-280-4102. Be sure to bring a photo ID to the appointment.
