19th Ward Offers Flu Shots at Ald. O'Shea's Office
If you still need a flu shot, Walgreen's staff will be giving flu shots at Ald. O'Shea's office on Dec. 6. Vouchers available for uninsured.
CHICAGO, IL -- Ald. Matt O’Shea’s office will be offering flu shots from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday Dec. 6. The shots will be given at the 19th Ward office, 10402 S. Western Ave., Chicago.
Walgreen’s staff will be administering the staff and assisting residents with the needed paperwork to bill their insurance companies. Vouchers will also be available for residents without insurance so that all shots can be provided at no cost to them.
Shots will only be available to people age 10 and older.
