19th Ward Youth Foundation Remembers Fallen Military With Outdoor Mass, May 28

This Sunday, May 28, the 19th Ward Youth Foundation will host their annual Memorial Day Mass in honor of the brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces who made the ultimate sacrifice of giving their lives while serving our country. The outdoor mass will begin at 4 p.m. on the lawn of the Saint Barnabas Convent, 10161 S. Longwood Drive. Limited seating will be provided so guests are being asked to bring lawn chairs.

“Please join us in honoring the brave men and women who gave their lives to protect the very freedom we enjoy and remember the true purpose of Memorial Day,” Ald. Matt O’Shea said.
