2 Armed Robberies Reported In Mt. Greenwood, Witnesses Describe Teens
Chicago police said the three suspects approached people from behind and announce a robbery.

CHICAGO — Chicago police are looking for three armed suspects who have targeted residents in Mount Greenwood in armed robberies last week.
According to police, the three approach people from behind and demand their property. After the robberies, the three suspects ran to a small black sedan with front end damage in the second incident.
Around 11 p.m. June 2, a robbery was reported in the 10000 block of South Talman Avenue. A few days later, around midnight June 5, a second robbery occurred in the 11300 block of South Central Park Avenue.

Area 2 detectives are developing surveillance images to aid in the investigation.
The suspects are described as three male blacks between the ages of 14 and 18, 5-feet-5 to 5-feet-10-inches tall, and wearing hooded sweatshirts.
