22nd District CAPS Hosts Bank Safety Seminar, June 15

Morgan Park 22nd District CAPS is hosting a Bank Safety and Fraud Prevention Seminar that teaches residents and businesses how to avoid becoming victims of financial crimes.

The seminar takes place 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., June 15, at the 22nd District police station at 1900 Monterrey Ave.

Featured topics as the senior cell phone program, bank robbery update, counterfeit currency, warning signs of financial exploitation of the elderly, and community and police partnerships.

Law enforcement experts speakers from the Cook County Sheriff’s Office, FBI, U.S. Secret Service, Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, and the Chicago Police Department.
