Artist Panel Will Discuss 'abOUT Art' Wednesday At BAC
An artist panel will discuss the LGBTQ+ exhibit at the Beverly Arts Center.
CHICAGO, IL - A group of artists will discuss "abOUT Art," the LGBTQ+ exhibit that's been on display at the atrium of the Beverly Arts Center for the past few weeks, during a panel discussion planned for Wedensday, June 20 at the Beverly/Morgan Park art venue.
The panel will include Hana Anderson, Samus Starbody, Rick Aguilar and Micheal Abraham. Exhibit organizer Steve English will serve as the moderator of what's being called an "Art and Equity" discussion.
"Come out and see a cross section of artwork from the works of kids to professional artists," English said.

A number of the artists who had work displayed as part of the exhibit will also be present for the discussion, which several people are planning to attend.
English said abOUT Art has been a success and that he'd like to see future displays at the BAC highlighting the works of other marginalized communities like the disabled or the elderly.
