Beverly Arts Center Kicks Off Inaugural Battle of the Bands
Local bands have until July 31 to submit two songs by July 31 for a shot at playing Beverly Brews Fest.
CHICAGO, IL -- Does your band have what it takes to compete in the Battle of the Bands? The Beverly Arts Center will kick off its inaugural band battle on Friday, Aug. 25 at 7 p.m. Up to ten bands will be chosen to compete. The two winning bands will perform at Beverly Brews Fest, the BAC’s annual beer tasting fundraiser.
Be you a cover band, original band, seasoned or new on the scene, you are invited to compete. All genres of music are welcome. To enter, each bands needs to submit two songs via email to carly@beverlyartcenter.org. Formats can include youtube, MP3 or cell phone videos. All submissions are due Monday July 31. After review, the bands that are accepted will be required to pay a registration fee of $30 to compete in the battle.
