Registration Still Available for Beverly Hills Turkey Trot 5K and Family Walk

CHICAGO, IL -- Run off your Thanksgiving calories at the eighth annual Beverly Hills Turkey Trot 5K Run and Family Walk on Saturday, Nov. 26, starting at 9 a.m. This 5K leads runners and walkers through the tree-lined streets of historic North Beverly. A record number of participants are expected this year along with hundreds of spectators lining the race route.

Proceeds from this event will benefit the 19th Ward Youth Foundation and the John McNicholas Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. Register online on 19th Ward website. Preregistration for adults is $30; race day registration $35; youth $20, race day $25; and the unlimited family walk, $60, race day, $75.

Chicago Area Running Association members will receive a $5 discount; Runners will be divided by age and gender with awards given for each age group. All participants who preregister will receive a t-shirt and gift bag.
