Blue Island Man Charged in 2013 Morgan Park Murder
The 24-year-old man was extradited from Miami to face charges.
A Blue Island man wanted in connection with a 2013 fatal shooting in Morgan Park was arrested in Miami and brought back to Chicago to face charges.
Dominique Parkman, 24, of the 2400 block of West 123rd St. was arrested Feb. 24 in Florida and extradited to Chicago on Monday, to face first-degree murder charges in the May 28, 2013, shooting death of 22-year-old Jajuan Lewis.
Lewis was found shot multiple times in 11600 block of South Vincennes, shortly after 3 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Parkman was identified as the suspect.
