Brother Rice High School Seeks Part-Time Alumni Assistant
Job starts Aug. 8. Candidates should submit resumes asap, school says.

The Brother Rice High School Alumni Association has an immediate opening for a part-time alumni assistant.
The ideal candidate is highly organized and highly motivated. The alumni assistant will report directly to the Vice President of Alumni Relations and must be an accomplished multi-tasker, maintaining the alumni database, coordinating a full calendar of alumni events, managing mass mailings to alumni groups, attending monthly board meetings and handling the department budget, while providing administrative support to the Alumni team and other school departments.
Candidates must also be able to represent the Vice President in a professional manner in both verbal and written communications, while also maintaining strict confidentiality.
Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher is required. Previous experience with database management and event planning a plus.
This position is part-time, approximately 30 hours per week (within a flexible schedule). No benefits are offered.
