Chicago Police Officers Save Veteran Cop's Life
Officers use CPR and defibrillator to save officer's life after he collapses at police headquarters.

A 55-year-old Chicago Police officer owes his life to fellow officers who quickly came to his aid Saturday evening after he collapsed and lost consciousness in the lobby of the Public Safety Headquarters, 3510 S. Michigan Ave.
Several officers ran to the officer’s aid and quickly took control of the situation. One of the officers performed CPR. The officers used an (AED) Automated External Defibrillator) on the officer who then regained consciousness, police said in a news release.
The is a 29-year veteran of the Chicago Police Department. He was transported to an area hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
