Chicago Streets and Sanitation Changes Garbage Pickup in 19th Ward
Garbage pick-up will change to Monday in some areas of the 19th Ward.

CHICAGO, IL -- Beginning Monday, Jan. 30, the Chicago Department of Streets and Sanitation will be making changes to garbage collection routes in some areas of the 19th Ward. The areas impacted are as follows:
- All of North Beverly, 87th Street to 95th Street, between Charles St. and Western Ave.
- 95th Street to 99th Street, between Charles St. and Western Ave.
- 99th Street to 100th Place, between Charles St. and Longwood Dr.
- 100th Place to 103rd Street, between Prospect Ave. and Longwood Dr.
These locations will now be serviced on Monday instead of Tuesday. For households that receive curbside collection, the bi-weekly recycling pick-up will also change to Mondays to match the garbage collection.Residents whose recycling is picked up in the alley, their collection day may change or fluctuate. Leave your blue cart in the alley at all times to ensure collection.
