Date Set For BAC's Golden Masquerade Gala
Two community icons will be honored during the annual event at the Beverly Arts Center.

CHICAGO, IL - The Beverly Art Center's Golden Masquerade Gala will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the BAC. The event is planned for Saturday, April 7 from 7-11 p.m. and will honor two local icons, County Fair CEO Bill Baffes and former BAC Executive Director Pat McGrail.
Baffes will receive the BAC Founders Award and McGrail will receive the BAC Lifetime Achievement Award, according to a news release.
Funds from the gala, the largest yearly fundraiser for the BAC, will help provide arts programming to audiences and students participating in dance, music, visual arts, theater and film as well as the BAC’s arts outreach program, which annually serves nearly 6,000 students in schools throughout Chicago.

General admission to the Golden Masquerade Gala is $75 person. They can be purchased at the BAC, by phone or on the BAC website.

- Live music and dancing
- Hors d’oeuvres
- Food stations, catering by Chef Alvin Green
- Comedian Pat McGann as the emcee and auctioneer for live auctions
- Open bar
