Participants were asked to forward a photograph of a deceased loved one. Garden volunteers prepared the photos, laminated them and posted to the altar, which was assembled together with hundreds of photos that will remain through November for visitors.
A $10 donation covers the cost of placement and goes toward upkeep of the garden.
