Free Alzheimer's Support Group At Smith Village
Those who take care of Alzheimer's and dementia patients will learn from a memory support coordinator.

CHICAGO, IL - Smith Village will host a free support group for people who take care of those who suffer from Alzheimer's disease or dementia. The life plan community at 2320 W. 113th Place in Beverly/Morgan Park will host a session for those who sign up beforehand at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 2.
Diane Morgan, a memory support coordinator, will host the group and lead an open discussion on any questions anyone may have. Topics can range from “sundowning” to the disease’s progress to what certain behaviors mean, according to a news release.
