'Gang Attack' Left Girl Bruised In High School Hallway
"My daughter could have died," the parent of a girl shown on video getting attacked at Morgan Park High School told ABC-7.

CHICAGO, IL - The mother of a girl who is shown being attacked in a cellphone video shot in the hallway at Morgan Park High School Friday said in an ABC-7 Chicago interview that she'd like police to be involved in a Chicago Public Schools investigation of the incident. Stacy Hart plans to give police a copy of the video showing an attack that left her daughter severely bruised.
ABC shared an interview with Hart and a video with Chicagoland television viewers over the weekend. In the interview, Hart referred to the incident as "a gang attack."

The attack on Hart's daughter, a sophomore, was in response to the victim's allegedly "liking" a Facebook post made by the boyfriend of the primary attacker, according to the report. Several other students became involved in the violence that took place in a hallway with lockers.
