Ironworkers Local 63 Fence Erectors Accepting Apprenticeship Applications
Interested applications must apply in person April 4 through April 7, and April 11 through April 14.

Ironworkers Local 63 Fence Erectors are now accepting applications for admission to the fence erectors apprentice program.
Those interested in applying for apprenticeships must apply in person at the Local 63 apprenticeship school located at 2523 W. Lexington, Broadview, IL.
Dates and times for completing applications are from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., April 4 through April 7; and April 11 through April 14.

Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Must apply in person
- Be at least 18 years of age and provide a Government issued picture ID showing date of birth.
- Provide proof of at least two years' completion of high school (transcripts, diploma, or GED certificate).
- Physically capable of performing the work of the trade.
- Must pay a registration fee of $20 Money order or a Cashier’s check ONLY. (Payable To: Iron Workers Local 63 Fence Erectors’ Apprentice Program.)
Applicants who meet the minimum qualifications will be given a list of contractors to contact and solicit employment.

Applicants must at time of hire:
- Be able to pass a drug test.
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Furnish evidence of their physical fitness sufficient to perform the work of the trade. Evidence shall be a statement from a certified physician.
