MANHUNT MONDAY: Have You Seen Raudel Arteaga?
Every Monday Patch highlights one of Cook County's most wanted fugitives.
This week’s fugitive focuses on Raudel Arteaga, who is wanted on a warrant for aggravated criminal sexual assault with a weapon.
According to the charge on the Cook County Sheriff’s Police website:
"[Arteaga] assaulted the victim as she was crossing the street, dragging her into a car and threatening to shoot her. Arteaga raped the victim, but after he let her go, she was able to write down his license plate number, and flagged down a police car."
Arteaga, 59, is a male white Hispanic. He has black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was in the 2800 block of North McVicker in Chicago.
