Marist Offers Online And Summer Camps For Grades 1-8
Marist High School's online camps from sports to theater start June 2, with on-campus sports tentatively slated to start June 15.

CHICAGO — Marist High School will host a variety of sports and activity camps this summer for students entering kindergarten through eighth grade. A series of online camps will be offered along with traditional on-campus sessions.
The virtual camp sessions will begin June 2 and are free of charge. The sports included are basketball, softball, baseball, running, soccer, wrestling, football, volleyball, rugby, golf, cheerleading, and lacrosse. Activity camps for chess, fencing, and science will also be offered.
Marist coaches and moderators have created camp videos to share with grade school students to learn the game, improve skills, and have fun. The videos will be for all grades. Sessions will start each Tuesday in June and campers can then watch and practice on their own schedule.

Marist’s theater guild is also planning an online activity for grade school students this summer with details to be announced.
The robust offering of on-campus summer camps with sessions will tentatively start June 15. Boys’ camps include baseball, basketball, football, lacrosse, rugby, running, soccer, tennis, volleyball, and wrestling. Girls can choose from basketball, cheer, lacrosse, running, soccer, softball, tennis, and volleyball. Coed sport camps will be offered for pole vaulting, soccer goalies, tennis, and track. All athletic camps are run by Marist’s accomplished coaching staff.

Kiddie camps for first through fourth grade students will be offered. In addition, Marist will offer a variety of coed activity camps including art, chess, dance, medieval fencing, theater, technology, leadership, broadcasting, math, band, environmental science, and forensic science.

The virtual camps are free and no payment is required at the time of registration for on-campus camps. Changes to on-campus offerings will be updated on the Marist website.
