Morgan Park Methodist Church Offers COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic
The 19th Ward and Jewel-Osco are teaming up to host a COVID-19 vaccination clinic Thursday, Feb. 3. Appointments required.
CHICAGO — The 19th Ward and Jewel-Osco are hosting a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Thursday, February 3. First, second and booster vaccine shots will be available by appointment only from 2 to 5 p.m. at Morgan Park United Methodist Church, 11030 S. Longwood Ave.
Priority registration will be given to residents from the 60655 and 60643 Zip codes. Booster shots will be available for residents 12 and up; and first and second shots for residents age 5 and up. Masks are mandatory, if you’re sick, please stay home.
Plan for your appointment to last one hour from start to finish. Please bring your insurance card, if you have one, and a state-issued photo ID. Vaccinations are free, so come even if you don’t have insurance.
