Mother McAuley Opens 'Not-So-Haunted' House Oct. 30

The event is designed for students in pre-school through third grade.

Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School will hold its annual Not-So-Haunted House on Thursday, Oct. 30 from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. The event is open to the public and geared towards children from pre-school thru 3rd grade. This year’s theme is “Somewhere Over the Rainbow,” in conjunction with the McAuley fall musical, “The Wizard of Oz,” which will run November 20–23.

The Not-So-Haunted House is hosted by students from various clubs and organizations at McAuley, including our International Thespian Society, Children’s Theatre class, Acting I class, Students Against Destruction Decisions (SADD) club, National English Honor Society, Book Club, Quill & Scroll, Equinox, Student Council, Language Honor Societies and the Science Club. The afternoon will be full of frightful face-painting, spooky stories, games, activities, puppet shows, skits, candy and more!

All children are encouraged to wear their costumes and enjoy an extra day of Halloween fun! Admission $2 per person. No reservations are required. Please enter through the Mother McAuley auditorium doors. Parking is available in the West Parking Lot.
