Mt. Greenwood Holiday Stroll Delights This Friday, Dec. 9
Get a jump start on your holiday shopping at Mt. Greenwood Business and Community Association's annual Holiday Stroll.

CHICAGO, IL -- Take a stroll down 111th Street this Friday, Dec. 9, for the Mount Greenwood Community and Business Association’s annual Holiday Stroll. Pop into the shops and stores and get a jump on your Christmas shopping while supporting neighborhood businesses. The holiday frolic runs from 4 to 7 p.m.
Participating businesses along 111th Street from Sacramento to Pulaski are offering a variety of events and special offers. Also come visit with live reindeer, special characters, music, live raffles and more. This year, there will be a “Choose Kind” tree at the corner of 111th Street and Kedzie Avenue, featuring various acts of kindness individuals and families can do this holiday season.
Also featured are face-painting with Mrs. Claus, a chance to make reindeer food, the Grinch and the Marist High School Choir.

The 19th Ward Mt. Greenwood Service Office, 3215 W. 111th St. will be distributing “Choose Kind Chicago” car magnets, so be sure to stop by during the holiday stroll to pick up your magnet.
