Palos hosts Survive & Thrive: Cancer Survivors Day Out
Join us Saturday, Nov. 1, at Palos Community Hospital for this special event focused on wellness, activity and support.

At Palos Community Hospital, we recognize cancer survivorship begins the day of diagnosis and continues beyond the last treatment in an effort to help survivors maximize their quality of life.
Join us 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, November 1, in the Palos Community Hospital Auditorium, 12251 S. 80th Ave., Palos Heights, for this special event focused on wellness, activity and support. Not to be missed are the stories of survivors who share their positive and inspirational experiences.
Learn about survivorship, moving forward and how those diagnosed with cancer cope with their new lives in different ways.

Discover the physical, emotional and therapeutic opportunities available through our Cancer Rehabilitation program, which helps improve quality of life during and after treatment for survivors of all cancer types.
Connect with an array of inpatient and outpatient health care services at Palos to meet oncology needs. Area resources including the Cancer Support Center, Gilda’s Club and Wellness House will be on hand with information about additional extensive support services.
