When and how did your business get started?

After 35 years of experience in the restaurant industry John and Rosa Barajas decided to branch out from their existing service company, Service All Stove and Range, and in February of 2006 Samco opened their doors to the public to begin selling new and pre-owned restaurant equipment.

What is your business best known for?

We specialize in selling pre-owned and new restuarant equipment, professional delivery and installation. We pride ourselves with great customer service and we'll almost guarantee you'll leave with a smile and a laugh. 

Why did you choose the town you did to open your business? 

We chose Blue Island because it was close to home and put distance between our competitors and ourselves and location was close to major expressways.

What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?

We are open to the public Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and carry everyday items used in your household kitchen.
