SXU’s School of Education Pay It Forward to Maple Morgan Park Food Pantry

SXU faculty and staff forgo gift exchange by making charitable $1,000 donation

CHICAGO, IL -- Saint Xavier University’s School of Education is helping to pay it forward this holiday season. Instead of buying holiday gifts among colleagues, this year the SOE donated $1,000 on Friday, Dec. 9 to the Maple Morgan Park Food Pantry. This food pantry helps feed financially disadvantaged families and individuals all year long and sadly, demand is always higher during the holiday season.

Donation contributions were made from both faculty and staff members from SXU’s School of Education.
