Tap Into BAPA Pub Crawl Promotes Neighborhood Camaraderie

Beverly Area Planning Association kicks off first-ever pub crawl this Saturday, Nov. 14, featuring drink specials, live music, free food.

Neighbors are invited to the Beverly Area Planning Association’s first ever Tap into BAPA Pub Crawl this Saturday, Nov. 14.

The pub crawl kicks off at 2 p.m. from the Beverly Arts Center, 2407 W. 111th St., and travels down Western Avenue. Proceeds from this fundraiser will go toward BAPA’s advocacy and neighborhood improvement projects.

“The idea for the pub crawl is a way to ask for support, celebrate BAPA and have fun too,” said BAPA board director Mary Jo Viero, chair of the Tap Into BAPA planning committee. “Our community has a long tradition of coming together to support one another while having fun in the process. “We see this every weekend in our neighborhood through various benefits at local bars, restaurants and parks.”
