WERQ Dance Fitness classes

WERQ® is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music. Every week you will build cardiovascular endurance, burn calories, and bust a great sweat dancing to today’s hottest Top 40 hits! The signature WERQ® warmup previews the dance steps used in class and the signature WERQ® cooldown includes balance and yoga inspired poses.

Classes are held at New Foundation of Hope’s [George LaDelle Handy Studio] - 8148 S. Kedzie Ave. Chicago, IL 60652

Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 7:00pm

1 class drop in is $15 (Only $10 if you live in the area)
