Bob Kalnicky, Candidate for Illinois State Representative in the 98th district, is proud to receive the endorsement of Congresswoman Judy Biggert (R-IL-13). At a Kalnicky for State Representative event in Romeoville, Biggert offered her public endorsement for Kalnicky – formerly the Field Director for Biggert’s 2008 congressional campaign.
“Bob Kalnicky’s long track record of public service in Will County makes him uniquely qualified to represent our communities in Springfield,” said Biggert. “Bob is a hard worker who is focused on delivering results for the people he serves.”
“Receiving the endorsement of Congresswoman Biggert is a very proud moment for me," said Kalnicky. "The Congresswoman has represented the working families and small businesses of this area well for the past thirteen years; her confidence in and support for me is humbling.”
Biggert has been an outspoken advocate for Chicago’s southwest suburbs and believes Kalnicky shares her commitment to smaller government, fewer taxes, and improving the quality of life for area families.

“We need leaders who will go to Springfield with a strong commitment to rein in reckless government spending, fight against new taxes, and represent Will County communities with integrity,” said Biggert. “I’m confident that Bob will work aggressively to put our state back on the path toward economic prosperity.”
“Our State is in disarray, and we need people in Springfield that will demand change, demand accountability, and demand responsibility from all its legislators. I am the person in the 98th district that will do that," continued Kalnicky.
The 98th districts covers portions of Bolingbrook, Romeoville, Plainfield and Crest Hill. Kalnicky has already picked up a number of endorsements, including Romeoville Mayor John Noak, DuPage Township Supervisor Bill Mayer, Wheatland Township Supervisor Todd Morse and several of the Will County board members.
