Bolingbrook Arrests: DUI, Criminal Trespass And Domestic Battery

BOLINGBROOK, IL —Here is who was arrested by Bolingbrook Police from Sept. 19-Oct. 2. The arrest information comes from a weekly report by the Bolingbrook Police Department.

• Sept. 20: Daniel Velazquez, 32, 6200 block of Sharon Ln. Hodgkins, was charged with improper turn, improper lane usage, illegal transportation of alcohol and DUI, following a traffic stop at Bolingbrook Dr. & St. Andrew Dr. at 11:15 pm.
• Sept. 20: Eric Pepping, 42, 1300 block of Saxon Ln., Naperville, was charged with DUI and failure to reduce speed, following a traffic stop at Boughton Rd. & Janes Ave. at 1:35 am.
• Sept. 22: Vazquez Maglaleno, 33, 100 block of Delmar Dr., was charged with driving in wrong lane, no insurance, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving on a suspended license and four counts of DUI and aggravated battery, following a traffic stop on the 500 block of Cumberland Dr. at 12:21 am.
• Sept. 24: Kearis Lowe, 20, 200 block of Butternut Dr., was charged with criminal trespass to property, and Devon James, 26, 500 block of W. Briarcliff Rd. was charged with an in-state warrant. following a call to the 500 block of N. Ashbury Rd. at 3:48 pm.
• Sept. 27: Guillermo Silva, 36, 200 block of Aspen Ct., was charged with two counts of DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol and no insurance, following a traffic stop at Boughton Rd. & Monroe Rd. at 11:29 am.
• Sept. 28: Alberto Moreno, 24, 300 block of Grand Canyon Dr., was charged with improper lane usage, no insurance, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving on a suspended license and two counts of DUI, following a traffic stop on the 100 block of E. North frontage Rd. at 7:33 pm.
• Sept. 28: Michelle Perkins, 1200 block of Washington St., was charged with two counts of DUI, parking violation and illegal transportation of alcohol, following a traffic stop on the 1400 block of Waterside Dr. at 7:45 am.
• Sept. 29: Elijah Daniels, 19, 500 block of E. Bellarmine Dr., Joliet, was charged with flee to elude officer, speeding and no insurance, following a traffic stop at Pinecrest Rd. & Pinecrest Ct. at 12:15 am.
• Oct. 1: Tyeria Lane, 21, 1000 block of Ridgewood Dr., was charged with retail theft and four in-state warrants, following a call to Meijer, 255 N. Weber Rd. at 10:20 pm.
• Oct. 2: Daniel Duncan, 25, 600 block of Preston Dr., was charged with domestic battery and unlawful restraint, following a call to the residence at 11:27 pm.
• Oct. 2: Antonio Bavaro, 30, homeless, was charged with retail theft and criminal trespass to property, following a call to Wal-Mart, 200 S. Bolingbrook Dr., for a subject exiting the store with merchandise concealed in his coat at 9:33 pm.
