Bolingbrook Board Approves Bid For Town Center Pavilion

The lowest responsive bidder was Lite Construction, for $841,161.

BOLINGBROOK, IL — The Bolingbrook Village Board accepted a low bid for the construction of a Town Center pavilion at Tuesday's Board meeting.

The lowest responsive bidder was Lite Construction, for $841,161. The amount budgeted for the project was $1,250,000.

"This is the pavilion that will be going out back [at Town Center], which we were giving a grant for," Mayor Mary Alexander-Basta said.

Last year, the Board approved a proposal for the design of the pavilion. The pavilion will be located on the west side of the hill behind Town Center. It will replace a tent that is used for events and activities during the summer.
