Bolingbrook High School Fall Choir Concert Features Butler Chorale

Several different Bolingbrook High School vocal groups as well as the Butler University Chorale and Chamber Choir will perform in the annual BHS Fall Choir Concert Oct. 16 in the Claar Family Auditorium.

The BHS choirs are performing World Music from Asia, Africa, Europe and South America. Chorale will sing a variety of works including Copland LARK, Brahms O SCHONE NACHT and Alfven AFTONEN, plus familiar works including Pure Imagination from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Eliza Gulkison’s Haunting Requiem, and Aguiar’s Salmo. Chamber Singers will do a mix of old and new works including Renaissance madrigals and part songs in English, French and German.

The concert begins at 7 p.m.
