Bolingbrook High School to Host Community Blood Drive
Event benefits LifeSource, helps NHS students earn scholarships.

Bolingbrook High School’s National Honor Society will hold its annual community blood drive from 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 24.
But this year’s blood drive will have a new wrinkle. Blood donors will not only be saving countless lives by giving blood, but they will also help NHS student earn scholarship money through LifeSource’s scholarship program.
This year’s goal is to collect 301 units of blood. In past years, between 200 and 275 units of blood were donated during a drive.
