Boyfriend Shoots At Woman's Car: Bolingbrook Police
A woman was trying to check on her boyfriend, who fired multiple shots at her vehicle, according to police.
BOLINGBROOK, IL — A man opened fire on a womans's car, hitting it with bullets in the 200 block of Riverside on Monday night, according to Bolingbrook police. Police were called to the area at 10:51 p.m. Monday for the report of shots fired.
While checking the area, police said officers were told that a vehicle, which was no longer in the area, was struck by gunfire.
According to police, a woman was parked in her vehicle trying to check on her boyfriend. While she was parked, the boyfriend fired multiple shots at the vehicle, police said.

The vehicle was struck, and the woman drove away, according to police.
The offender had not been found as of Tuesday afternoon, and the incident is currently under investigation, police said.
