Construction On New Chipotle Will Start Next Month
Director of Community Development Matt Eastman said construction will take 20 weeks, and then interior work will take another three months.
BOLINGBROOK, IL — A new Chipotle in Bolingbrook should be starting construction next month.
The final development plans for the new restaurant, at 256 S. Weber Road, were approved by the Bolingbrook Village Board in December.
The project will move the Chipotle currently at 274 S. Weber into the new, free-standing location.

Plans call for a 2,364-square-foot building, with a drive-thru window and outdoor dining area. The new location would use the "Chipotlane" pick-up lane.

He added that the restaurant would be open before the end of the year, but had no exact date.
