Cop On A Rooftop Planned Friday In Bolingbrook
Officers be at the Dunkin' at 245 S. Bolingbrook Drive from 5 a.m. to noon on Friday, to show support for Special Olympics athletes.
BOLINGBROOK, IL — Bolingbrook police officers will participate in the 21st annual Cop on a Rooftop event on Friday. Officers will help staff the Dunkin' at 245 S. Bolingbrook Drive from 5 a.m. to noon on Friday, to show support for Special Olympics athletes.
Dunkin' and Illinois Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Illinois have partnered for more than 20 years for this cause. More than $7.6 million has been raised in Illinois, according to the Special Olympics website.
The department said that mugs, and a coupon for a free medium hot coffee, are available for a $10 donation. Every donation will receive a Dunkin' coupon for a free donut.
