State Rep. Emily McAsey is partnering with the Illinois Masonic Fraternity for an Illinois Child Identification Program (IL CHIP) to host this free event. Parents will be provided with a child protection kit, including a DNA sample, fingerprints of the child, and a CD containing a color photo and recorded interview.
