Fountaindale Library Offers Strategic Plan Survey

BOLINGBROOK, IL — The Fountaindale Public Library is offering a strategic plan survey to its patrons, so it can chart a course for the library's future, according to the library website.

The 10-minute survey is due by Jan. 31, and can be taken online.

According to the library, patrons can share their experiences with services, programs, staff and facilities in the survey. If you fill out the survey, you will be entered into a drawing for a $50 Target gift card, the library said.
