Fountaindale Public Library Now Accepting Applications to Fill Board of Trustee Vacancy

Fountaindale Public Library is looking for a Bolingbrook resident to join the Board of Trustees.

Fountaindale Public Library District (FPLD) is seeking residents interested in filling the next 20 months of a vacancy on the Board of Trustees created by the resignation of Thomas J. Gilligan.

“We would like to thank Tom Gilligan for his seven years of service on the library board,” said Fountaindale Public Library District Board President Peggy Danhof. “Tom has always demonstrated a strong devotion to the library and our community and we wish him well.”

Anyone who would like to be considered for the vacant library board member seat should prepare a résumé and a brief statement on why they feel they should be considered for the vacancy. Statements and résumés should be emailed to pmills@fountaindale.org or dropped off at the library to Mr. Mills’ attention by 5 p.m. on July 31.
