Free Local Teen Conference and Talent Show on March 2

Free family-oriented conference style event and talent showcase for teens on March 2, 2019 from 2-4pm

Bolingbrook, IL – Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated - Chi Sigma Omega Chapter welcomes all teens for a free family-oriented conference style event and talent showcase on March 2, 2019 from 2-4pm. Registration is open through March 1, 2019.

There will be a great lineup of local teens who will showcase their talents in fashion, music, dancing, spoken word and art. Teens in 7th through 12th grades will participate in informative workshops and have a chance to win free school supplies. Also, recent graduates from local universities will be in attendance and available for student networking sessions. While their teens are attending the conference, parents and guardians are invited to attend the on-site coffee chat hosted by Chi Sigma Omega members.

Any teen poets or spoken word artists, who want to be featured in the talent showcase, should submit a short bio or letter of interest to program@chisigmaomega.org for consideration.
