Grant Helps With Funding New Roof For Annerino Community Center

BOLINGBROOK, IL — With help from State Rep. Dagamara Avelar, Bolingbrook Park District secured $120,000 in state funding for the roof replacement at Annerino Community Center, according to the park district newsletter.

"This is a critical project for the district, and this funding will help us to be able to complete the project in a timely manner without sacrificing other programs, services or projects," Executive Director Mike Selep said in the newsletter.

Selep told Patch the current roof is 24 years old. The total cost of the replacement is $344,920.
