Health Inspection Report: Bucho's

BOLINGBROOK, IL — You might love the food, but sometimes the restaurants you visit aren’t always the cleanest places. And sometimes they are. You can know for sure with a health inspection report.

The Will County Health Department visited Bucho’s Sept. 19 for a routine inspection. The restaurant received a sanitation score of 72 and a corrected score of 90 once immediate fixes were made.

Some of the items out of compliance were:

• Raw shrimp stored above ready to eat food.
• Undated food in walk-in cooler.
• Employee used hand sink to rinse cloth
• Printer ink stored above prep table.
