Hidden Oaks Nature Center Hosts Coloring Contest In February

All ages can participate in the contest, which wraps up on Feb. 26.

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Hidden Oaks Nature Center will hold a free coloring contest through February, with the top three creations winning a stuffed animal surprise, according to the Forest Preserve District of Will County.

All ages can participate in the contest, and you can stop by the nature center to color your best tree from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday or noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday. You can also take the coloring sheet home to spend more time on your art.

All coloring entries are due by 4 p.m. on Feb. 26, according to the preserve.

The nature center staff will vote on the top three coloring creations to win a stuffed animal surprise, according to the preserve. Winners will be notified during the second week of March.

Hidden Oaks Nature Center is at 419 Trout Farm Road, in Bolingbrook.
