'Huge Honor' for Bolingbrook Sunrise Singers

Bolingbrook High School’s Sunrise Singers have been chosen to perform at the Illinois Music Education Association All-State Conference in Peoria in January 2015.

“This is a huge honor,” said Lawrence Fisher, BHS Director of Choirs. “The students will be able to perform in front of an audience made up of musicians, teachers, administrators and students from all over the state.”    

Members of the BHS Sunrise Singers are:

Soprano II:  Rachel Banda, Brynn Frantz, Grace Hand, Marianna Harris, Olamide Olatunde, Tyara Robinson

Alto I:  Gabby Doyle, Abigail Johnson, Shyamala Gumidyala, Rachel Tomei, Grace Wangler, Ashley Wheaton

Alto II:  Tristan Abrams, Kayla Carmichael, Jasmine Cotton, Stephanie Gomez, Kendra Johnson, Deanna Torres
