Johansen Farms Opens For Fall Season On Sept. 15

The farm offers a children's zoo, open market and pumpkin patch.

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Johansen Farms Children's Zoo and Pumpkin Patch will open for its fall season on Sept. 15.

Admission price includes all animals, available rides and scheduled activities. According to the farm's website, it is $14.95 per person on weekdays, and $19.95 on weekends and Columbus Day. Children 23 months and younger are free.

Senior admission (62 and older) is $12.95 on weekdays, and $17.95 on weekends and Columbus Day. Anyone with a military ID will be allowed entry for free.

The farm's fall market, bakery and pumpkin patch are open daily, and do not require paid admission. Paid admission is for the children's zoo.

The open market offers fall decorations, mums, fresh baked pie and apple cider donuts.
