Accused Hooker and Customer 'Fess Up Quickly: Cops

The cops took the $20 and arrested both the woman and the man who paid her, police said.

A Joliet woman and a Lockport man were pretty frank and up front with the cops when they were caught together in a pickup truck on Fifth Avenue at 2 in the morning, police said.

Norman Seitz, 43, and Latonya Travis, 38, both told the law they had struck a deal where he would pay her $20 for a sex act, police said. The cops then confiscated two $10 bills from Travis and arrested both her and Seitz.

Seitz was driving a Chevy pickup early Wednesday morning and failed to signal a turn, police said. He was pulled over on Fifth near Eastern Avenue.

When questioned about his passenger and where they were going, Seitz admitted he “picked her up for sexual acts,” police said, and that he paid her $20.

Travis told the same story and said she was paid for oral sex, police said. Officers reportedly found the two $10 bills Seitz paid Travis as well as a crack pipe she was carrying.
